Privacy Policy

Last updated: December 04, 2025

Irbis is designed to collect and retain only the information necessary to operate and improve our Services. This Privacy Policy describes what information we process, how we use it, and the rights available to you.

1. When You Visit Our Website

We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics platforms, or third-party telemetry services.

Basic technical information may be processed as part of delivering the website, ensuring security, and maintaining service reliability. Content delivery and hosting providers involved in serving our website may process limited technical data as part of their normal operations.

2. When You Sign Up

When you create an account or are added to an organization, we process the information required to authenticate you and operate your account, which may include:

  • an email address,
  • a display name (if provided), and
  • identifiers supplied by our authentication provider.

We store timestamps and minimal metadata necessary for account lifecycle management.

We do not collect or store passwords.

3. When You Use Our Services

We process only the information necessary for the functionality you use, which may include:

  • organization and user account data,
  • configuration data such as filter lists or rules created or managed by you,
  • device or endpoint identifiers used for enterprise deployments,
  • operational and security logs generated by providing the Services.

We do not collect browsing histories, traffic metadata, DNS queries, advertising identifiers, or behavioral analytics.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small number of third-party service providers necessary to operate the Services. These providers process data only to the extent required for their role.

4.1 Authentication (Stytch)

We use Stytch to authenticate users. Stytch may process information such as your email address, name (if provided), and authentication-related identifiers in order to verify your identity and facilitate login.

4.2 Content Delivery (Bunny)

Static assets and website content may be served through Bunny CDN. As part of standard CDN operation, Bunny may process limited technical information related to delivering content and ensuring security, such as routing data or connection metadata.

We do not use any analytics, advertising networks, or behavioral tracking services.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We may share information with service providers as described above or disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the security, integrity, or legal rights of Irbis or its users.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at contact@irbis.sh. Upon deletion, personal information associated with the account is removed unless retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

7. User Data Requests

Because we limit the categories and volume of personal information we process, our ability to respond to requests tied to technical identifiers may be inherently limited.

Where a valid request identifies a specific user or email address, we will provide, delete, or otherwise process the data associated with that account to the extent required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you,
  • correct or update inaccurate information,
  • request deletion of your information,
  • request a copy of your data,
  • object to or restrict certain processing activities.

To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@irbis.sh.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it.

10. International Transfers

Data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. When required, appropriate safeguards are used to ensure the protection of personal information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email when appropriate.
